As a TPRG Talent Partner you will function as your own boss, focusing exclusively on building client relationships and sourcing top talent while we handle advertising, website infrastructure, ATS, marketing and back-office operations.

Identify and cultivate new client partnerships across your specialty verticals

Source, screen and present qualified candidates, leveraging TPRGs proprietary candidate-matching tools

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding, under our 365-day guarantee framework

Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a premium experience aligned with TPRGs service standards

Compensation

Up to 80% commission on all placement profits among the highest rates in the industry. This role is 100% commission based.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or business development experience (agency, in-house or freelance)

Demonstrated track record of closing searches or sales, with examples of revenue generated

Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
