• Salary up to $115,000 annually

• Partner with Sales Leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from search strategy through offer negotiation
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, focusing on passive candidates
• Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to deliver competitive offers and track key recruiting metrics

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales recruiting, including 2 years in the insurance industry
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals
• Strong understanding of sales competencies, commission structures, and performance metrics
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday)

• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Passion for talent discovery and building diverse, inclusive teams
• Adaptable and responsive to shifting business needs and priorities
