HR Manager

$32 - $40 (hourly estimate)

Hours:

15–25 per week (after initial ramp-up)

Experience:

4–7 years

As an HR Manager, you will oversee and execute core human resources functions for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
• Advising on compliance, policies, and best practices
• Handling benefits administration, leave of absence requests, and employee relations issues
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Serving as a trusted resource for HR inquiries and guidance

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior HR leaders and contribute to strategic initiatives while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients and employees
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR-related tools

• Experience with HRIS platforms
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
