We're looking for a Temp Recruiter for covering a maternity leave. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting in a fast‑moving, people‑first environment.
What You'll Be Up To Recruiting, end to end (yes, the fun kind):- Own the full recruiting lifecycle – from posting roles to helping hiring managers land their next great hire.
- Build trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and act as a true partner throughout the process.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and identify talent that is the right mix of skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Keep communication flowing with candidates and internal partners (no ghosting here).
- Share who we are, what we value, and why people love working here.
- Promote and support a diverse, inclusive workforce while keeping everything compliant and above board.
- Schedule and manage interviews (virtual and in‑person) across multiple time zones like a pro.
- Be the go‑to point of contact for candidates during scheduling – clear, friendly, and always on top of details.
- Answer candidate questions via phone and email and help guide them through the process.
- Partner with Recruiting Specialists to support candidates, stores, and crew members.
- Coordinate background checks, references, and pre‑employment screenings.
- Help bring new hires onboard by coordinating with Benefits, IT, Central Management, and Recruiting.
- 2‑3 years of in‑house, full‑cycle recruiting experience
, ideally in retail or a high‑volume environment. - Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling – both virtually and in person.
- Comfort working in an ATS (Avature is a big plus, but we love fast learners).
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- A customer‑service mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally.
- Contract: January through July (maternity leave coverage)
- Pay: $35–$39/hour
- Fully onsite in Monrovia
