Your role in our mission:

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Develop a book of clients through strategies including cold calling, networking, and leveraging our extensive collection of tools and resources.
• Engage with a diverse audience of talent professionals, fostering two‑way communication and building lasting relationships.
• Identify industry opportunities, issues, and trends to keep Mondo at the innovation forefront.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating urgency and a hands‑on approach.

• Annual salary plus uncapped commission & bonus incentives.
