Senior Recruiter

A construction company in Pomona, CA is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to join their operations team. This role is pivotal in driving their talent acquisition strategy and ensuring they attract top-tier talent to support their construction projects. This person will be the sole recruiter for the company, managing between 5-10 requisitions at a time. The key responsibilities include:

• 5-8 years of full cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and onboarding
• Experience with offer management and negotiation
• Proven success in meeting recruiting KPIs and metrics
• Strong proactive/passive sourcing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience with full cycle recruiting in the construction industry.
