Ancon is on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator, to round out our HR team. What’s presentado all about?

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for functional and administrative support of the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department—including but not limited to benefits administration, onboarding and off boarding, performance management, employee inquiries, and compliance. Additionally, the HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.

This role coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs by partnering with other members of the organization as appropriate, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Being responsible for maintaining accurate information in the HRIS, including status updates such as changes of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, and terminations
  • Supporting the complete onboarding and off boarding process
  • Providing support and guidance to employees and managers on company policies, procedures and programs and ensuring comprehension and compliance with policies
  • Handling employee verification requests and employee inquiries
  • Completing unemployment claims and stateற்றுบนัส medical withholding orders
  • Assisting with 401k retirement administration and annual audit
  • Providing support on benefits administration to include facilitating Open Enrollment meetings, processing enrollment forms and answering plan inquiries
  • Maint өзүятকারীMaintaining and updating employee personnel files
  • Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copies, and tracking deadlines
  • Administering the company Wellness Program
  • Performing other duties as directed by the HR Manager
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • High School Diploma;
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Additional Degree/Coursework/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Spanish, preferred
  • 6 months+ of experience in human resources roles preferred, but we are willing to train the right entry‑level candidate!
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and a learning mindset
  • Working knowledge of multi-state HR laws and practices,我
  • Proven ability to act as a role model for the organization reflecting professionalism, positivity, and team orientation
