Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Our corporate office is located in Orange County, CA. Employees in this position are permitted to reside anywhere in the United States, provided they have reliable access to a major airport within close proximity to support business travel needs. This position will require occasional travel of 10-15%.

Position Summary

Tri Vista’s Senior Talent Acquisition Partner drives the recruitment of top-tier consulting talent across the firm, explorers and engaging exceptional professionals who will shape our organization’s continued success. This role requires deep experience recruiting consultants and senior-level professionals across operations, technology, supply chain, and transformation disciplines, ideally within professional services or management consulting environments.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both corporate recruiting and agency/executive search, blending strategic advisory capability with tactical execution excellence. You will partner closely with senior leadership to develop recruitment strategies that attract high-performing consultants nationwide.

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for consulting and leadership roles across the U.S., from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent within the consulting and operational excellence markets
  • Build and maintain a strategic Linked In presence to Alber Tri Vista ’s employer brand, eng Pare to senior-level consulting talent, and elevate the firm’s visibility through thought leadership and professional influence
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top consulting talent and key industry networks
  • Collaborate with practice leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define role specifications, and align recruiting strategies with business growth plans
  • Partner with internal marketing and branding teams to elevate Tri Vista’s employer brand in the consulting community
Recruiting Leadership & Process Optimization
  • Serve as a senior advisor to hiring managers on hiring decisions, market trends, compensation, and candidate evaluation
  • Evaluate and refine the recruitment process for efficiency, quality, and consistency of candidate experiencehift.
  • Lead recruiting‑related projects and initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables align with firm priorities
  • Mentor and coach recruiters and sourcing specialists to build a high-performing talent acquisition function
  • Manage and interpret recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality‑of‑hire, etc.) to inform leadership decisions
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
  • Deliver a high-touch, consultative candidate experience reflective of Tri Vista’s values
  • Ensure consistent, transparent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support hiring leaders in delivering an inclusive, equitable, and structured interview process
  • Provide recommendations on how to decrease the cost of hire, time to fill, and denne overall candidate experience
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence to proactively identify consultant pipelines
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging sourcing tools
  • Partner with HR and Finance on strategic workforce planning and talent forecasting
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on consulting or professional services recruiting (agency or internal)
