• Partner with Operations to understand and fulfill staffing needs of the organization
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract candidates from various sources
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote open positions and connect with potential applicants
• Conduct presentations on employment opportunities, company culture, and benefits to local organizations and candidates
• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process and assist with New Hire Orientation as needed

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational qualification
• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a high degree of integrity and professionalism
• Strategic thinking and adaptability to support the organization’s growth

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
• Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to overcome objections
• Energetic personality with a desire to make a difference in the community
• Resourceful with strong networking abilities
