• Conduct presentations to local organizations employment opportunities and benefits
  
  Maintain contact with potential candidates and assist with the application process

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and support organizational growth with a strategic mindset
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting presentations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work
• Advanced social media skills for both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to overcome objections
• Resourceful with a strong networking ability
• Energetic and magnetic personality
