Senior Career Counselor; SRQ

Support the HR Business team by providing career counselling services & by supporting the commercial businesses of the bank in their transformations .

Responding to the HR needs of the business by joining a team of Business Counsellors, Career Counsellors, HR Officers managed by a Strategic Business Partner responsible for a specific scope in the Northern part of the country.

• Understand the Bankns and the businessesn challenges in order to align career counselling with the Bankns future needs.
• Lead career counselling based on business priorities and in line HR/business action plans, focusing on specific employee populations that need to be prepared for the future or retained, such as emerging talent, key employees and new joiners, and plan the follow-up actions.
• Organize support & guidance for specific employee populations, for example in the context of reorganizations, reintegration, underperformance or limited employability, and identify the most appropriate solution.
• Through career counselling, motivate employees to take ownership of their careers by challenging and supporting them in their development, mobility, reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and enrichment of career and mobility tools, ensuring that qualitative information about each employee can be used across the organization.
• Act as an ambassador for a learning culture, promote internal and cross-functional mobility, and foster employee engagement.
• Participate in and/or facilitate initiatives related to these topics, such as mobility days and workshops in alignment with your Strategic Business Partner.
• Act as the single point of contact for employees, except for administrative matters.

• Dutch:
  Mother tongue.
• French:
  Fluent.

• University education or considerable managerial experience

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
