Overview

Volks Resources is seeking experienced RAN Field Integrators to support major 4G LTE and 5G integration projects across California and Florida. This role is critical for ensuring seamless deployment and optimization of Ericsson RAN technologies for leading telecom operators.

• South California (San Diego / Los Angeles) – 4 openings
• Northern California (Sacramento / Bay Area) – 2 openings
• Florida (Jacksonville / Orlando) – Multiple openings

• Centerline – Ericsson/T-Mobile RAN Integration
• True Net – Ericsson/Verizon RAN Integration

• Perform integration of Ericsson RAN equipment (BBU 5216/6630/6648/6651/6610)
• Execute ESI Box and ECI scripts for automated and manual integrations
• Conduct fiber loss analysis and resolve connectivity issues
• Perform SRS call testing, E911 validation, and NEA testing
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deployment timelines
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols during field operations

• Expert knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G Ericsson technologies
• Hands-on experience with BBU models: 5216, 6630, 6648, 6651, 6610
• Proficiency in ESI Box, ECI scripts, and manual integration processes
• Strong troubleshooting and fiber analysis skills
• Certifications:
  
  OSHA 10, CPR, RF Awareness, Bloodborne Pathogen

• Familiarity with T-Mobile and Verizon integration standards
• Experience with 5G  and optimization
• Knowledge of backhaul and fiber network architecture
• Ability to manage multiple integration sites simultaneously
• Vendor-specific certifications (Ericsson RAN)
