We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Developer with strong Angular development skills and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, front-end technologies, and usability testing, and will play a key role in shaping the user interface and experience across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces using Angular
JS or React
JS to ensure seamless user experiences. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency and quality across platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and optimizations.
- Ensure consistent application of design guidelines and standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to design strategy.
- Document design specifications and project release materials.
- Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining metrics.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to standards and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Experience with usability testing tools and services.
- Familiarity with wire framing/prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of branding schemes and customer orientation.
- Experience in mentoring and team collaboration.
