Communication Planning is how our brand approaches our customers, determining how, when, and where to intersect with their worlds. Communication Planners work tirelessly to bridge the gap between the business, our internal stakeholders and our customers by representing their voices throughout our communications. With the help of analytics and marketing technology, we identify audience priorities and craft messages that guide our audiences through every step of their journeys from dreaming to doing.
With our Channel & Creative partners, we architect omni-channel plans that fuel our brand. And we inspire the creation of content that drives business results.
Job Description
- Lead communication strategies for campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and progression through the consumer journey.
- Present clear recommendations to Leadership for approval and implementation.
- Support the communication needs of the business and drive creative innovation across all channels to ensure a healthy consumer journey.
- Adapt segment and communication strategies into channel-level tactical plans that clearly communicate the ‘why’ and ‘what’ to the channel teams for planning, execution and performance optimization
- Translate audience journeys into aligned channel strategies and digital touchpoints across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
