Senior BI Report Developer

We are looking for a Senior BI Report Developer to join our data team and drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful data solutions that enable insights and decision-making across the organization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy BI reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Convert and modernize legacy reports into new BI platforms.
• Ensure report performance, accuracy, and availability for both internal and external users.
• Implement best practices for configuration management, change control, and data governance.
• Provide user training and support for ad-hoc reporting.
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise.
• Develop and monitor ETL jobs to maintain and enhance the enterprise data warehouse.
• Ensure data security through proper access control and protection measures.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in BI development and data analytics, including:
• Report and dashboard design for enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong background in data warehouse architecture and data modeling (relational and dimensional).
• Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft BI stack
  , especially Power BI

• Expertise in SQL
  and complex query optimization.
• Proficiency with ETL tools
  and data pipeline design — experience with AWS Glue
  , AWS DMS
  , or similar tools preferred.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL
  , SQL Server
  , Redshift
  , or Aurora
  .
• Scripting experience (Python preferred).

• Familiarity with Tableau
  , Informatica
  , or Amazon Quick Sight
  .
• Experience in performance tuning for BI queries and reports.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• BI certifications are desirable — preferably in Power BI
