DevOps Engineer; Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer (Contractor) to join our technical team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in AWS for managing cloud infrastructure, server creation, maintenance, monitoring and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services, ensuring scalability and high availability.
• Manage server infrastructure, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate and optimize application deployment.
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud‑based solutions, implementing best practices in data protection.
• Manage databases, including setup, scaling, backup, and performance optimization.
• Support the automation of operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and respond to any issues or outages.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience in a Dev Ops or similar engineering role.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Proficient in server management, Git Lab.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
