We’re hiring a Director, Product Management to define and formalize the product marketing function at Luxury Presence. You’ll own positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and competitive intelligence across our product portfolio. This is an opportunity to build the playbook that shapes how we bring AI products to market.

You’ll translate customer insight and market trends into bold, differentiated narratives that win deals, accelerate adoption, and strengthen our leadership in the AI era of real estate. This is your chance to shape how one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the industry communicates its vision and drives growth.

You’ll directly influence growth beyond $100M ARR by launching new products, driving adoption of core offerings, and shaping how we compete and win. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to make every launch and campaign land with precision, while building the foundation for a world-class product marketing team.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Your Skillset:

  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills, able to distill complex product capabilities into crisp, compelling value propositions
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority
  • Expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies for SaaS products, from ideation to post-launch optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using market research, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategy
  • Adept at building sales enablement content that equips teams to handle objections, differentiate against competitors, and close deals faster
  • Experience partnering with demand generation to translate product positioning into high-converting campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executive audiences and customers

Your

Experience:

  • 8+ years in product marketing or product management, including 3+ years in a senior strategic role at a high-growth SaaS company (vertical SaaS preferred, especially SMB)
  • Track record of launching and scaling successful products in competitive markets
  • Deep experience in competitive analysis, segmentation, and buyer persona development
  • Experience working with product management teams to shape roadmaps based on market opportunities
  • Prior success building scalable product marketing playbooks and frameworks
  • Bonus:
    Experience in proptech, martech, or real estate technology markets; experience in B2C SaaS

Here are your responsibilities and expected outcomes:

  • Positioning & Messaging
    • Own and continuously refine product positioning and messaging across the portfolio to ensure clarity, differentiation, and resonance with target buyers.
    • Partner with design and content to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership
    • Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and major releases ensuring cross-functional readiness and alignment.
    • Define launch objectives, target audiences, key narratives, and success metrics.
  • Competitive Intelligence & Customer Insights
    • Establish a competitive intelligence program to monitor market shifts, competitor moves, and emerging trends.
    • Partner with Product and Customer Success to gather feedback, identify unmet needs, and uncover expansion opportunities to shape roadmaps and campaigns.
