** Join us as we empower the world to work out, creating healthier lives together.**# # JOB SUMMARY This position will primarily be responsible for managing console software projects across our cardio and strength product lines.  This person will have a passion for being part of an Agile development team, participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, focusing on making the team more efficient, and productive through quality software best practices.

As a Scrum Master, you will be given the opportunity to guide teams, reduce dependencies, and unblock barriers. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital team here at Life Fitness.## This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid## MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participating in requirement facilitation for Console Software team
* Translating functional requirements to technical requirements, understanding dependencies across APIs, Mobile, and Web to ensure each release is on time with proper functionality
* Coordinating deployments and release plans
* Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
* Managing stakeholder communication
* Participating in solution design
* Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
* Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
* Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
* Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
* Supporting and educating the Product Owner and the Software team, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
* Facilitating scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions and retrospective meetings
* Leading the process of forecasting, planning, estimation
* Producing metrics and reports for management
* Driving ongoing Agile process improvements
** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Min 3-5 years of experience in building software solutions in development role
* Deep experience in AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
* Technical BS degree, Computer Science or Math background highly desired
* Scrum Master certification received or in progress
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Experience leading cross-functional teams
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
