We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems.

This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as sharing insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. You will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product.

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Information management experience including data analysis and data integration.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well as hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Military/Special Operations/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

• U.S. citizenship (as required by U.S. Government contract)
• TS/SCI clearance eligibility (as required by U.S. Government contract)
