- Conduct detailed parcel audits and develop RFP models for large shippers
- Track and report on key parcel KPIs, including service reliability and cost‑per‑package metrics

- Identify process gaps and propose best practices to enhance visibility and reduce spend
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, MIS, or a related field
- Minimum two years of SQL experience with strong proficiency in query development
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools and data warehousing environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel capabilities
- Expertise in parcel reporting and understanding of parcel carrier pricing structures
- Experience with Transportation systems or similar transportation/parcel analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge of transportation and supply chain concepts
- Proven ability to lead and influence without formal authority
- Exceptional analytical and critical‑thinking abilities
