IT Lead Integrations Developer

The IT Lead Integrations Developer will serve as the lead for the Boomi integrations platform. This role is responsible for designing, developing and implementing enterprise‑grade integration solutions using the Boomi platform. An individual in this role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high‑performing integrations that align with business needs across the stack of applications in Kindeva that include ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O), HR applications, MES, E , LIMS, PLM, and CMMS.

The ideal candidate will bring deep architectural experience, and a passion for enabling digital transformation. This role involves collaboration with a wide cross section of stakeholders to develop our strategic middleware and integrations roadmap and lead their delivery execution.

This role requires strong relationship‑building skills with our business partners and other stakeholders, developing a solid foundation of trust and dependability for delivered solutions in an ever‑changing business climate is critical for success in this role.

• Lead the development and implementation of integration solutions using Boomi Atom Sphere connecting D365 F&O, MES, QMS, LIMS, and other enterprise applications
• Design, build, and maintain integration processes between applications, data sources, and cloud services
• Implement secure, traceable, and auditable data flows aligned to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and CSV compliance requirements
• Collaborate with quality and validation teams to ensure GxP integrations meet CSV (Computer System Validation) and change‑control standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions
• Mentor and support junior developers and team members
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources across integration projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while providing ongoing support
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions
• Stay current with Boomi platform updates and integration best practices
• Participate in integration architecture reviews, ensuring solutions align with data‑governance and master‑data management (MDM) policies.
• Partner with our manufacturing sites to develop integrations between OT and IT systems
• Maintain design documentation, data mapping specifications, and integration test evidence for audit readiness.
• Development of strong stakeholder partnership throughout the Kindeva network.
• Working collaboratively with our partners to develop our IT integrations roadmaps
• Innovation:
  Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in enterprise applications and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 8 years experience in relevant Information Technology experience. 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing integrations using Boomi Atom Sphere required.
• Proficiency in Boomi Atom Sphere including process building, platform management, API management, connectors, and integration packs required.
• Strong experience in API‑based integrations and web technologies, including REST/SOAP, APIs, JSON/XML.
