Technical Support Engineer; FAE

• Respond to and handle customer complaints in the North America region. Act as the FAE interface for the North America region, internally convey relevant information to the headquarters FAE interface personnel, and coordinate internal processing.
• Cooperate with the business to participate in exhibitions in various regions.
• Provide technical training to agents in the North America region.
• Handle customer complaints, travel to the site for technical support in emergency situations.
• Data recovery work for overseas customer storage product lines.
• Provide remote technical support to solve technical issues encountered by customers in the process of using the products.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Participate in the production of training materials and customer training work.
• Respond to urgent technical support needs to ensure rapid response and problem resolution.

• Bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering, a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields, preferably with electronic courses such as analog electronics, digital circuits, etc.
• Experience in the communications, electronics, semiconductor industry is preferred, with overseas work experience being an advantage.
• Have the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and be willing to travel.
• Good at summarizing, with good written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with storage products, experience or hobby in using single-lens reflex cameras, and a certain level of Japanese ability is preferred.
• Proficient in English, able to communicate as a working language, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Familiar with networks, operating systems, databases, and common IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good customer service awareness and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and is also a strong member of the team.
