  • Research complex questions and guide users in accessing required information
  • Lead resolution of post‑delivery issues by identifying root causes and coordinating stakeholders
  • Perform recurring data integrity audits and drive remediation to closure
  • Identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements using Lean principles
  • Manage and track team metrics and documentation and support team training
  • Assist with material disposition per Boeing policies and retention requirements
  • Operate with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Basic Qualifications (Required)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

  • Experience in data integrity work (data entry, reconciliation, or audit activities)
  • Experience with integrated library systems or digital records platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement practices
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex work with competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize abstract or incomplete information
  • Familiarity with export‑control regulations and DoD distribution requirements
