Join Providence’s Enterprise Information Services team as a Senior IS Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across Perioperative and Case Management service lines. This role supports Epic Clinical Informatics solutions, oversees multiple clinical governance bodies, IS roadmap projects, Epic Release initiatives, and other strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include keeping projects on track, on budget, and aligned with business goals; crafting communication strategies; mentoring emerging talent; championing best practices; anticipating risks; and building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology – or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in healthcare, IT, or a related industry, leading medium to large, complex projects using established PM methodologies and software.
• Experience managing projects with multiple teams and navigating the product development or quality lifecycle.
• Delivering formal and informal presentations to senior and executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Developing, refining, and applying process standards and objectives tailored to project needs.

• Coursework or training in Project Management methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI upon hire.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) Certification upon hire.
• 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and maintain audit‑ready artifacts.
• Proficiency in producing tailored status reports and achieving stakeholder alignment with minimal rework.
• Experience selecting appropriate lifecycle and PM approach and enforcing standards across teams.
• Maintaining a living RAID log, implementing mitigation, and tracking resolution to closure.
• Ability to improve team cohesion and PM maturity through coaching and conflict resolution.
