• Lead the design and development of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) systems, including reward modeling and policy optimization
• Drive hands‑on technical execution for high‑impact projects, reviewing architectures and experimentation plans
• Establish best‑practice pipelines for human feedback, partnering with internal teams to define standards and governance
• Define and track success metrics for RLHF systems, balancing evaluation methods and business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to ensure RLHF solutions align with strategy and integrate into workflows

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or
• Master’s degree and 5 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or
• Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; or
• High school diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Deep, hands‑on expertise in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and advanced reinforcement learning techniques
• Demonstrated experience deploying RLHF systems into production for real‑world applications in regulated domains
• Strong background in modern machine learning and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow
• Experience collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders to translate needs into impactful AI solutions
• Understanding of responsible AI, safety, and governance in the context of RLHF and LLMs
