Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior UX Researcher with a strong background in Product Inclusion to lead our research initiatives, ensuring our products are accessible and equitable. The ideal candidate will be skilled in conducting comprehensive qualitative research, from study design through to presenting actionable insights, to support the development of products that meet the diverse needs of all users. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to embed inclusive thinking throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Independently lead end-to-end UX research, including problem framing, study design, synthesis, and storytelling.
- Design and execute qualitative studies like in-depth interviews, concept testing, and usability research to inform product design.
- Conduct Product Inclusion research to ensure our products serve diverse, underserved, and marginalized user groups effectively.
- Advocate for inclusive product development and communicate findings through compelling presentations and workshops.
- Strong experience in end-to-end UX or user research.
- Proven experience in Product Inclusion research.
- Profound expertise in qualitative research methods.
- Demonstrated experience in Product Inclusion and accessibility research.
