Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Account Technology Strategist (ATS).

What You Will Be DoingThis is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position responsible for bridging executive vision with technical delivery across approximately 10 enterprise accounts. The Strategist will focus heavily on providing delivery oversight, ensuring successful and stabilized new project launches (especially in the critical first 90 days), and acting as a trusted advisor on modern data and AI strategy to client executives.
Key Responsibilities Account Stabilization & Issue Navigation- Diagnose misalignment, unclear ownership, or communication gaps within complex environments.
- Re-center teams on measurable business outcomes and shared goals.
- Establish predictable communication rhythms and expectations.
- Align delivery teams and executive sponsors on a clear path forward.
- Lead kickoff alignment across business, IT, data, product, and security stakeholders.
- Identify and remove early bottlenecks—both technical and organizational.
- Define ownership models, decision rights, and escalation paths.
- Build confidence through structure, momentum, and transparent communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on data, AI, cloud, analytics, and automation.
- Translate complex technology decisions into business value.
- Prepare executives for key decisions, architectural considerations, and future impacts.
- Surface relevant learning content and prototypes with technical teams.
- Build a learning network across approximately 10 enterprise accounts.
- Lead quarterly learning sessions to share modernization strategies and trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador, increasing loyalty and long-term adoption.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Lead roadmap discussions and align initiatives to measurable outcomes.
- Maintain calm, trust, and confidence during escalations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, technical leadership, or strategy roles.
- Expertise in technical solution architecture with a strong executive presence.
- Proven ability to diagnose and stabilize troubled projects or misaligned accounts.
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred) and modern Data/AI platforms.
- Exceptional executive engagement and facilitation/communication skills.
- Demonstrable success in influencing without authority within complex political dynamics.
- Strong focus on translating complex technical concepts into measurable business outcomes.
- Strong ability to realign complex, politically sensitive environments.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous consulting experience at a boutique or smaller firm.
- Prior background or skills in software engineering.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture and governance trends.
- Deep knowledge of Azure cloud ecosystem specifics.
Pay: $126,000 - $180,000 /yr.
