Optimize IS is a leading Airtable consulting partner that helps organizations design, build, and adopt powerful, custom Airtable based systems. Our work goes beyond implementing tools. We partner with clients to transform how their teams operate, collaborate, and make decisions.
Change Management Consultants at Optimize IS play a critical role in ensuring our solutions are successfully adopted and embedded into daily workflows. They act as trusted advisors to clients, bridging people, process, and technology to drive meaningful, lasting change.
About the RoleWe are hiring a Change Management Consultant to join our team in a highly client-facing, consultative role. This position leads the people and process side of Airtable, driven transformations across multiple client engagements.
You will partner closely with client leadership, developers, and project leads to ensure that new systems are not only built correctly, but understood, adopted, and meaningfully used. This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, human-centered change expertise, and the ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels.
This is a long-term role supporting multiple concurrent client engagements. You will own change strategy and execution across projects, leveraging Optimize IS’s internal change management playbook while tailoring approaches to each client’s unique context, culture, and pace.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution across multiple Airtable implementation and process transformation initiatives
- Partner with client leadership to establish clear goals, success metrics, and alignment around the why, why now, and what’s changing
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact analyses to identify readiness, risks, resistance, and adoption opportunities
- Design and execute human-centered, tailored change strategies, including communications, training, enablement and rollout sequencing, based on stakeholder needs rather than one size fits all methodologies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client teams by building strong relationships, surfacing unspoken concerns, and helping leaders navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and internal team members to ensure change activities are aligned with technical delivery and timelines
- Guide clients through enablement, training, and post rollout support to drive sustained adoption and long term value
- Continuously assess adoption, feedback, and engagement, adapting change strategies in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- 5+ years of experience in change management, transformation consulting, organizational change, or related client-facing consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience leading change for SaaS platforms or process transformations (not limited to ERP, finance, or highly regulated system implementations)
- Strong client presence with the ability to influence without direct authority and build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly effective communicator who can translate complex change into clear, compelling, and empathetic narratives
- Analytical and structured thinker who balances rigor with adaptability and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments where change strategies adapt alongside product and decisions
- Hands-on experience supporting SaaS-based implementations or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and readiness evaluation capabilities
- Ability to design and deliver communication and training strategies tailored to diverse audiences
- High emotional intelligence with strong listening, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of how Airtable (or similar platforms) supports real-world business processes
