Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Platform Architect to join our team to support our client in a secure environment.
The Platform Architect will have extensive experience in cloud architecture, specifically Platform as a Service (PaaS) products with a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and services. As a Platform Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, security design, implementation of complex cloud solutions, application integration and providing technical guidance to other architects and engineers.
The role will involve design and build out of infrastructure, focused on PaaS, including migrating from on-prem or legacy cloud implementations to a secure cloud environment. The role will involve leading in a fast-paced environment, while rapidly and thoroughly assessing primary and target infrastructure to ensure that the target environment supports current and future applications while being secure, reliable and scalable.

- Ability to prioritize and display a high level of adaptability/flexibility while handling job responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, think creatively/about the big picture, and dedicated (do-er).
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and provide hands-on technical support.
- Experience with Linux or Windows based COTS applications.
- Experience with automated testing tools (pytest, unittest, Selenium, Postman, Terratest).
