System Administrator​/IT Technician

Pay Rate

$32 - $40 (hourly estimate)

A luxury apparel brand is seeking a highly technical and personable Level III IT Technician to support their growing infrastructure as they expand to 50 stores globally and maintain their locations in Milan. This role is a hybrid between IT Support and Systems Administration, focusing on backend infrastructure projects, automation, and advanced troubleshooting while still handling onsite support when needed.

• 60% ticket support and escalations; 40% infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with Global VP of HR on tech training and enterprise tool rollouts.
• Participate in roadmap discussions for new technologies and AI integrations.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician/Sys Admin or similar role.
• Strong JAMF and Mac administration experience (required).
• Technical expertise across hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Ability to run scripts and work on backend infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI.
