As a Project Coordinator, you will be working on exciting infrastructure‑driven projects for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. Our global infrastructure planning and deployment services deliver thousands of projects each year. Customers trust our infrastructure experts to assess current technology and design solutions for tomorrow.
- Track and understand documentation deliverables for multiple small IT projects.
- Gather documentation from the customer.
- Assist with or manage the oversight of all aspects of the project life cycle – initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing – taking the project through final implementation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft Excel for project data analysis.
- Understand project scope, objectives, risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Document project risks, assumptions and constraints and implement approved actions.
- Monitor risk status and minimize impact on the project.
- Manage project budgets: measure, track and report forecasts and costs for project success.
- Identify and quantify variances using appropriate tools.
- Assist in managing changes to scope, schedule and cost.
- Ensure issues are captured, resolved, documented and communicated.
- Participate in and lead project meetings, following up on action items.
- Provide input for status reports including program portfolio reviews.
- Coordinate a wide variety of project and/or program tasks.
- 1–2 years of IT Project Coordination/Project Management experience.
- Experience supporting Global Fi customers in a professional services and/or managed services environment.
- Exposure to Infrastructure technology projects and project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with multisite hardware deployments.
- MS Project experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial processes and reporting.
- Understanding of project management framework and life cycle.
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track timelines.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation and team‑building skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.

Salary range: $51,600.00 – $64,500.00 annually. Some locations may vary. Variable incentive compensation may be included.
