Senior IT Finance Program Manager

Base pay range: $75.00/hr – $90.00/hr

Location & Work Type: Universal City, California – Hybrid

• Lead a multi-workstream program focused on financial systems modernization initiatives.
• Establish and manage program governance, documentation standards, and reporting methodologies.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with senior leadership and financial systems teams to drive execution and alignment.
• Coordinate multiple project managers, product owners, and engineering teams across initiatives.
• Monitor scope, risks, dependencies, and change management activities.
• Provide clear, consistent executive-level status updates and reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support design, build, testing, and deployment phases of large-scale IT programs.

Required:

• Experience as a Program Manager for SAP or large financial systems.
• Financial literacy, understanding of accounting terminology and workflows.
• Experience with SDLC and working with multiple software development teams.

Preferred (Optional):

• Previous experience in media or finance.
• MBA and/or PMP certification.
