Broccoli builds AI employees for home service businesses—plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors. These aren’t tools. They’re AI teammates who talk to customers, book jobs, and alert techs when emergencies hit.
We went from 0 to multi-million in revenue in under a year, backed by a top-tier VC, and growing 40% month-over-month.
Why this role mattersThis is a new kind of product—and it demands a new kind of design.
The UI isn’t made of buttons and dashboards. It’s made of conversations , natural flows , and invisible moments. Sometimes the interface is a voice. Sometimes it’s a message. Sometimes it’s just a result.
We’re looking for a founding designer to shape how this world feels—starting with our website and brand, and then owning product design from first touch to daily use.

- Design product interfaces that feel human

- You think in flows and feelings, not just pixels
- You care deeply about clarity, simplicity, and how things land
- You want full ownership and love building from zero
- You’re energized by working in-person with a fast team
- You’ve designed for voice, chat, or natural language experiences
- You’ve worked on products for SMBs or non-technical users
- You have a strong eye for copy, animation, or storytelling
- Competitive salary + early-stage equity

- Design the interface between humans and AI
- Work in-person with a team that moves fast and ships constantly
