Overview

We're seeking a technology leader to manage a team building and supporting platforms for customized investment portfolios. These systems handle pre-trade analytics, portfolio optimization, automated rebalancing, and tax-aware strategies. The role blends technical oversight with hands-on architecture and close collaboration with investment teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

• Manage and mentor a team focused on platforms for customized investment portfolios.
• Provide technical oversight and hands-on architecture for pre-trade analytics, portfolio optimization, automated rebalancing, and tax-aware strategies.
• Collaborate with investment teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

• 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in senior engineering or architecture roles.
• Experience with pre-trade systems, optimization, and portfolio construction.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, REST APIs.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record delivering complex solutions.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
