Network Lab Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Lab Administrator to support and maintain our technical lab in Milpitas, CA
. This part‑time position is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in networking and IT infrastructure
, who enjoys hands‑on technical work and managing equipment in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage and maintain the lab environment, including racking and stacking equipment
  , basic configurations, and customer recreation.
• Handle cabling, connectivity, and troubleshooting of network setups.
• Track and manage inventory, lab topology, and hardware platforms.
• Order and organize new lab equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Respond to urgent requests
  , diagnose issues, and implement solutions independently.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge and hands‑on experience in networking (cabling, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s degree in Networking or currently enrolled in a networking‑related program
