Job Description

Under the direction of the IT Manager I of the Enterprise Technical Operation Support Section, the IT Supervisor II functions as the first‑level supervisor responsible for managing the IT Asset Management Group. The role oversees the full life‑cycle of EDD information technology hardware and software assets statewide, ensuring accurate records and compliance with state policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hardware and software inventory throughout all EDD locations.
  • Oversee software renewals and equipment refresh cycles.
  • Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date asset records.
  • Maintain compliance with state‑mandated policies, procedures, and control agency guidelines.
