We believe AI will drastically transform the industries we invest in and venture capital itself. We are hiring our first motivated and skilled AI Tech Lead to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a self‑starter to build our proprietary technology platform from the ground up, helping us re‑imagine all facets of Core’s operations. You will be instrumental in shaping our technological future and directly contributing to our investment success, with a ground floor seat to the future of venture capital.

• Build and own a robust and scalable AI‑first tech platform that will serve as the backbone for our fund operations, including tools for deal sourcing, CRM, portfolio management, data analytics, and LP reporting; own the entire software development lifecycle.
• Partner with the investment team to identify technological needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Innovate by exploring and implementing next‑gen AI solutions to enhance deal identification, market analysis, deep research, and portfolio monitoring.
• Provide technical expertise during due diligence for potential investments.

• Passionate about computer science, GenAI, and the venture capital ecosystem.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go).
• Experience with database design and management and familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver high‑quality technical solutions; experience building projects from scratch, open‑source contributions, personal tech projects, or operating at an early‑stage startup will be highly valued.
