About

The Role

Critical River's Salesforce Studio is seeking a Salesforce Admin / Support Analyst to provide day‑to‑day support for our GTM (Go‑to‑Market) systems team. This role will focus on managing support requests, enabling end users, and partnering with developers to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and projects. The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in fast‑paced, Agile environments.

What

You'll Do
  • Serve as the first line of support for Salesforce GTM systems users, addressing tickets and troubleshooting issues.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into well‑defined user stories for the development team.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of enhancements and fixes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate demos, UAT sessions, and enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new functionality.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration, including user management, profiles, roles, page layouts, validation rules, and automation (Flows).
  • Provide documentation and training materials to support ongoing user adoption.
  • Monitor Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience supporting business teams.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce configuration (users, roles, profiles, page layouts, validation rules, flows).
  • Experience writing and managing user stories in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong coordination and facilitation skills (demos, enablement, UAT).
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to interact with end users and technical teams.
  • Nearshore availability (LATAM strongly preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
