Job Overview
Kforce is looking for a Salesforce System Administrator for an opportunity with a large organization in the downtown Kansas City, MO area.
SummaryThe Salesforce Systems Administrator will maintain and enhance the client’s Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud instance—a centralized CRM platform used to manage client relationships, track tasks, and activities, and provides reporting that supports advisor and leadership decision‑making. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented self‑starter with strong technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Partner with the leadership and subject matter experts; this role is responsible for managing Salesforce access and security and supporting daily platform needs.
- Ensure data integrity through cleanup and deduplication.
- Build and modify Salesforce Flows.
- Deliver roadmap projects.
- Oversee testing.
- Handle ad hoc reporting, integrate third‑party tools, and maintain thorough documentation.
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce system administrator.
- Experience with Sales and Service Cloud is a must.
- Experience building and modifying Salesforce flows within Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with architecture and how to build out solutions.
- Experience with testing in most recent position.
- Experience with data integrations (working through, validating, and understanding numerous systems and repositories).
- Experience with Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) is nice to have.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
