About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technology support across our offices (Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, and Ohio) and remote workforce. The role requires a 3:1 macOS‑to‑Windows environment and a SOC 2‑compliant, cloud‑first culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent troubleshooting skills, and is comfortable operating within a compliance‑heavy setting.
Responsibilities- Provide in‑office and remote support for macOS and Windows devices
- Troubleshoot and maintain laptops, networking, AV/office equipment, and peripherals
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning hardware, SaaS access, and training
- Manage identity and access with Okta (primary SSO), Google Workspace, and Active Directory; experience with One Login or Jump Cloud is a plus
- Deploy and manage devices with Mosyle (macOS) and Jump Cloud (Windows); experience with Intune or Jamf is highly transferable
- Support collaboration platforms:
Slack, Zoom, Asana, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox - Maintain accurate asset inventory and assist with SOC 2 compliance (documentation, access reviews, audits)
- Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles and user guides
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Dev Ops teams to ensure systems meet compliance and security best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting IT operations in SOC 2 or other compliance‑heavy environments
- Background in SaaS‑heavy organizations (ad tech, media, or startup environments preferred)
- Strong expertise in macOS and Windows troubleshooting, imaging, and lifecycle management
- Experience with modern MDM platforms:
Mosyle (macOS) and Jump Cloud (Windows);
Intune, Jamf, or similar tools are a plus - Okta SSO administration (identity lifecycle, MFA, provisioning); experience with One Login or Jump Cloud is welcome
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory (Azure AD and on‑prem)
- Ticketing systems:
Fresh service, Jira Service Desk, or similar - Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., Crowd Strike)
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; capable of supporting executives as well as general staff
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated; thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Base salary $70,000 – $90,000
