Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a PC Support Tech for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Kansas City, MO!

Title: PC Support Tech

Location: Kansas City, MO (Onsite required)

Duration: 12+ Months W2 contract role

Work Hours: M F 8am – 5pm (Other hours as required)

Primary functions include end user support, conference room equipment support, and IT Walk-Up general technical support. This individual must be capable of delivering effective support to end users for all desktop and workstation-related needs. The role requires a basic troubleshooting understanding of laptop and desktop endpoints, printing devices, smart phones, and tablet devices.

• Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office and Office 365 is required.
• Must be familiar with maintaining laptop and PC hardware, laser printer hardware, iOS, and Android.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience with in-person support within IT.
• Prior experience in a technical support role OR Industry-recognized certifications / education preferred.
• Must be able to clearly communicate technical issues to end users.
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Entra , and Intune solutions
• Be readily available to assist end users either through Chat, Email, Phone, and in person.
• Good understanding of prioritizing incidents and ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of desktop operating system.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Makes sound decisions with general guidance.
