The Boeing Company Position Responsibilities
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
- Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
- Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
- Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels
- Design the end-to-end business testing strategy for a complex multi-site S/4 HANA implementation, including integration, user acceptance, and regression tests leveraging automated testing tools where appropriate
- Design test plans, scripts, scenarios, and automation approaches across functional and technical work streams
- Participate in testing and cutover planning workshops with process owners, value stream leads, and other stakeholders.
- Lead master cutover planning and execution alongside detailed mock cutover plans including readiness tracking, go/no-go criteria, and hypercare transition
- Validate that post-go-live support processes and organization are defined and enabled
- 5 years’ experience in leading SAP or other ERP test strategy in a complex organization.
- Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership
- Experience with leading test strategy and implementation criteria for S/4 HANA implementation

Summary pay range: $141,100 – $204,700
