Pay Rate

$46 - $57 (hourly estimate)

• We are seeking a dynamic and emotionally intelligent project manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact digital initiatives across our web platforms. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in ambiguity, fosters collaboration, and drives accountability across diverse teams and delivery models. You’ll facilitate collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and external partners while managing interdependent technical teams to ensure seamless integration on shared platforms.

• 7 + years of Project Management experience within a technology focused domain managing Web Platforms
• Experience working in Digital Steaming and Live events with strict deadlines and balancing multiple concurrent priorities
• Strong leadership presence with ability to set expectations, create accountability and drive innovation
• Experience working with stakeholders to set expectations and following up as necessary to ensure commitments are met
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management tools
• Familiarity with PMO processes and tools with ability to contribute to tri-annual planning and reporting activities
• Ability to identify and address early indicators of project risk or failure, implementing effective triage strategies to keep initiatives on track
• Great communication, high emotional intelligence with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
