SAP Techno-Functional Consultant – Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant – Finance with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO across ECC and S/4

HANA landscapes. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise in Finance & Controlling with solid technical and integration knowledge
, supporting complex implementations, conversions, rollouts, and global support engagements.

This role requires deep understanding of finance business processes, S/4

HANA innovations, system integrations, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant SAP finance solutions.

• Lead and support SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance implementations, system conversions, rollouts, upgrades, and production support
  .
• Act as a Techno-Functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (ABAP, interfaces, middleware).
• Participate in end-to-end SAP life-cycle projects including:
• Blueprinting & Business Process Re‑engineering
• Configuration & Customization
• Functional Specifications for developments
• Unit / Integration / UAT testing
• Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis, Fit‑Gap analysis, feasibility studies
  , and solution prototyping.
• Configure and enhance SAP FICO processes aligned with business, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation:
• Business Blueprints
• Functional Specs (FS)
• Test scripts & UAT support materials
• Support integration testing and ensure smooth data flow between SAP modules and third‑party systems.
• Lead finance work streams during UAT, cutover planning, month‑end close cycles
  , and audits.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and functional leadership to junior consultants.

• Experience across SAP ECC 4.7, ECC 6.0, and S/4
  
  HANA
• Strong exposure to:
• ASAP / Activate methodology
• IMG configuration
• OSS notes

• Strong integration experience with:
• SAP SD & MM
• Oracle R12
• JD Edwards (Enterprise One) – dual ERP environments
• Hands‑on experience working with interfaces, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware teams
• Third‑party and add‑on integrations:
• COUPA
• Cforia
• Blackline
• E‑Invoicing solutions
• Workflow & Scheduling Systems (WSS)
• Taxware systems
• Cyber Source credit card processing
• End-to-end implementation experience for European INTRASTAT reporting

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Make-to-Order (MTO)
• Financial close, statutory reporting, and compliance processes
• Global finance operations in multi‑currency and multi‑company environments

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA FICO Certified Consultant
• 10+ years of SAP FICO techno‑functional experience
• Proven experience across 3+ full life-cycle implementations and multiple rollouts/support projects
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working in global ERP landscapes

• Experience in system upgrades and ECC‑to‑S/4
  
  HANA conversions
• Exposure to complex, integrated ERP ecosystems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead SAP Finance work streams
