- Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
- Integrate third-party interface engines to enable data exchange between healthcare systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security
- Collaborate with product, Dev Ops, and clinical informatics teams to ensure interoperability
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related field
- Strong proficiency in Go programming language
- Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 and FHIR
- Experience with third‑party interface engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody
- Proven experience in building and deploying cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability
- Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns
