Our client, a government agency in Sacramento, California, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Information Technology Systems Support Specialist to join their team. As an integral part of the IT department supporting various operational teams, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing essential technical support and ensuring the smooth functioning of critical systems. Job Title: Information Technology Systems Support Specialist

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range: up to $35

What's the Job?
  • Perform onsite support and maintenance for enterprise systems including SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS.
  • Support and troubleshoot client/server systems such as MBASE and Ariel Pension Administration Systems (PAS).
  • Maintain and support network systems, both Wi‑Fi and wired, ensuring reliable connectivity across the organization.
  • Assist with desktop computer systems, including software installation, updates, and troubleshooting for applications like Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Docu Sign, Skype, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Provide user training, operational assistance, and support for various applications and hardware, ensuring users are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
What's Needed?
  • Proficiency with SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Kofax, Ariel scanning, and related document management tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Ability to train users and create technical documentation and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach to support.
