Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Senior Technical Program Manager. The role involves overseeing cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery of products and technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include program and project management, aligning development efforts with business goals, and managing project timelines and resources across multiple clients. The candidate will also analyze challenges, oversee product and software development workflows, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure that products meet business needs and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience in Software Development and familiarity with development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Product Management principles, including defining product requirements and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote, and collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with hybrid low‑code platforms, such as Xano or WeWeb, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
