We are building a pipeline of experienced UAT Test Managers / Leads to support upcoming large‑scale system implementations in the public sector. This role focuses on leading business‑driven user acceptance testing efforts in collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Lead UAT planning, execution, and readiness activities
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams
• Define UAT entry/exit criteria and manage defect triage
• Provide clear status reporting and testing insights to leadership

• Prior UAT leadership on enterprise or government systems
• Experience with eligibility, case management, or human services platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with common test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure Dev Ops)
