You will be the key owner of the data integration process for each customer, guiding them through data extraction, transformation, and secure delivery into SYNC. Over time, you will help evolve these workflows from file-based imports to API-driven integrations, applying best practices in ETL, API security, and enterprise integration patterns to ensure seamless, scalable, and secure data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

SQL, and other data sources into SYNC.
  • Analyze, document, and fully understand customer’s source databases (SQL Server, Postgre

    SQL, and other SQL/No

    SQL systems).
  • Act as the primary technical owner for customer data onboarding and integration workflows, ensuring end-to-end success.
  • Design and implement JSON export/import pipelines that meet SYNC’s schema and validation requirements.
  • Configure, secure, and manage API integrations, including use of API gateways, authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, tokens), and enterprise patterns.
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges during customer onboarding and provide hands-on technical support.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to improve data onboarding workflows and APIs.
  • Build automation scripts and tools (Python, .NET/C#, Azure services) to scale data integrations across diverse customer environments.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with security best practices.
  • Document integration processes and provide training/guidance to customers for long-term success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years (Intermediate) / 5+ years (Senior) of experience in data engineering, integration, or implementation engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Postgre

    SQL) and familiarity with No

    SQL systems.
  • Solid experience with ETL pipelines, JSON transformations, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of .NET/C# development and ability to extend/customize integration tools.
  • Understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT, HMAC, API gateways) and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.).
  • Strong experience and daily utilization of AI automation and workflow orchestration is a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work directly with customers in a consultative, technical capacity.

We recognize and reward employees for a job well done. We offer growth potential, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
