In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

• Atuar na configuração, manutenção e evolução dos módulos PM&GM e Learning no SAP Success Factors;
• Conduzir levantamento de requisitos, análise de necessidades e documentação funcional;
• Apoiar o desenho de processos relacionados à gestão de desempenho, metas e trilhas de aprendizagem;
• Gerenciar ciclos de avaliação de desempenho, calibragem, criação de metas e formulários;
• Configurar itens, currículos, atribuições, programas e demais objetos do LMS;
• Realizar testes funcionais, homologação e sustentação de incidentes;
• Interagir com usuários-chave e áreas internas para suporte e capacitação.

Estamos em busca de um(a) Consultor(a) Success Factors - Sênior, com experiência sólida nos módulos Performance & Goals (PM&GM) e Learning (LMS) para atuar em projetos de implementação, evolução e suporte das soluções SAP Success Factors.

• Experiência comprovada em Success Factors PM&GM (Performance Management e Goal Management);
• Sólida vivência com Success Factors Learning (LMS);
• Conhecimento em modelagem de formulários, templates, workflows e regras de negócio;
• Vivência com configuração e administração de trilhas de treinamento, itens e programas de aprendizagem;
• Familiaridade com processos de RH relacionados a desempenho, metas, treinamento e desenvolvimento;
• Formação superior completa, na área de Tecnologia, ou áreas similares.

* Experiência em projetos ágeis será um diferencial.
